A. ProXeedŽ Plus is a nutritional supplement specifically formulated to optimise sperm quality. ProXeedŽ Plus contains levocarnitine (LC), acetyl-L-carnitine (ALC), fructose and citric acid. Both LC and ALC play distinct roles in the process of sperm maturation and the development and maintenance of optimum sperm quality. Fructose is one of the major energy-yielding substances present in human seminal fluid and citric acid is a key intermediary in the major energy producing pathways used by sperm and other body tissues. ProXeedŽ Plus also contains Coenzyme Q10 which has antioxidant properties, Folic Acid which may improve sperm health. Q. How should ProXeedŽ Plus be taken?

A. Two packets of the male fertility solution ProXeedŽ Plus should be taken each day, one in the morning and one in the evening. Mix each packet with at least 4 ounces (1/2 cup or 120 ml) of juice or other cold beverage, and stir for one minute. Avoid hot beverages and carbonated drinks such as soda. Alternatively, ProXeedŽ Plus may be mixed with applesauce or yogurt. ProXeedŽ Plus should be taken shortly after mixing and not stored to be taken later.

It's best to establish a routine of taking ProXeedŽ Plus at a particular time each morning and evening. You will increase your chances of remembering to take ProXeedŽ Plus if you take it at the same time each day, such as at breakfast and dinner.

Q. What should I do if I forget to take ProXeedŽ Plus?

A. One packet of ProXeedŽ Plus should be taken twice daily (morning and evening) with at least six to eight hours between packets. The morning packet can be taken up until mid-afternoon, with the evening packet delayed six to eight hours. If it has been longer than eight hours, then it is best to omit the morning packet altogether and take the evening packet at the usual time. The evening packet can be taken up until bedtime.
