Pricing and Shipping Information
All product prices shown on our web sites are inclusive of VAT. Packaging and postage costs are £4.50 for the first item and then £3 extra for each additional item. Express delivery is subject to an extra charge. We do need to have a full delivery address when your order is placed and we aim to ship orders received before 2.00 pm Monday to Friday on the same day. Next day orders received on Friday will be delivered on the next working day, Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched first thing Monday morning. All orders placed are subject to stock being available, if any item is out of stock, it will be sent as soon as possible. If there is likely to be a long delay, we will endeavour to contact you to advise you of this.
Please note we are unable to ship outside the European Union
All our products are posted in plain boxes or envelopes.
Prices are subject to change without notice - however, when an order has been placed we will always endeavour to honour that price. However in the rare circumstances where we have to increase the price we will advise you and offer you the opportunity to cancel the order. Every effort is made to ensure that the prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order.
Order Acceptance
Order Acceptance - the receipt of our email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order, or confirmation of an offer to sell. Additional verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. An acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you via email when you place your order, but acceptance of your offer to buy the goods will not take place until after the payment is taken. Spermtest.com reserves the right to decline the order for any reason.
Payment
Prices are shown in UK Sterling £. Payment for the goods and delivery and applicable VAT can be made by any method shown on the website at the time you place your order. Payment shall be due before the delivery date.
EU residents pay the VAT inclusive price unless they can supply Spermtest.com with a valid VAT number. Non EU/Exempt pays the VAT exclusive price. Spermtest.com is not liable for any customs duties that might be incurred when the goods are shipped. It might not be possible for us to deliver to certain locations.
All goods remain the property of Spermtest.com until paid for in full. Risk passes to yourself on delivery.

Delivery
Goods will be delivered to the delivery/shipping address given when you place your order unless you are contacted by Spermtest.com. If you fail to take delivery we will try and contact you and re-arrange the delivery, we reserve the right to charge a further delivery charge if required. Every effort will be made to deliver your goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, however Spermtest.com will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through delays in delivery.
Your Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. As a customer your privacy is very important to us and we will NOT pass your details on to anyone else.
Once you have placed an order with us, your name and e-mail address will be added to our customer file. As a customer we may e-mail you from time to time to give you details of new products. If you do not wish to receive any more e-mails from us, please send us an e-mail and you will be immediately removed from our mailing list.

Returns and Cancellation Policy
All orders from the web can be cancelled provided we have not already shipped the goods to you.
Any claims for damage, faults and mis-shipped items must be made within 7 working days of receipt of goods.
You will have the option to withdraw your order for goods before they are shipped and also within 7 working days of the goods being received. In order for you to do this we do require you to send notice in writing (by email, fax or letter) within 7 working days of receipt. Please ensure you clearly state the reason you would like a return or a replacement.
We will provide you with a returns number and the goods can be returned, in unused condition, complete in original packaging and complete with all documentation at your cost. The only circumstances in which you cannot withdraw your order is where you have used, altered or damaged the goods which you have already received. You do require a valid returns number before goods are returned. In such cases you will receive a full refund within 30 days of cancellation.
Goods are not supplied on a trial basis. Where the purchaser does not want the goods they can only be returned at the prior agreement of Spermtest.com and will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% or £10 whichever is the greater. In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regulations 2000, you will have up to 7 days to return the goods for any reason. Products must be returned in an unused condition, in original packaging and complete with all documentation.
